About
I am a committed survivor, certified divorce coach through The International Divorce Coach Centre Of Excellence & volunteer dedicated to raising awareness about domestic abuse & its profound impact on individuals, families & workplaces. Driven by extensive lived experience & a deep commitment to meaningful change, I devote my time to education, one to one support & guiding individuals through some of the most emotionally challenging transitions of their lives.
As an autistic professional, I channel my focused mind into self development & education. These strengths shape my approach as a Divorce Coach, where I support individuals navigating difficult separations, emotionally complex break ups & situations involving coercive control or narcissistic personality traits. My approach centres on clarity, empowerment & rebuilding stability helping clients move forward positively. My personal and professional journey has led me to speak at national conferences alongside barristers, solicitors, psychiatrists & leading specialists in narcissistic abuse & family law. These collaborations reflect in my coaching, enabling me to offer clients grounded, practical guidance.
My Mission
My mission as a coach specialising in relationships, separation, divorce & recovery from interactions with abusive, coercive or controlling people, my mission is to show up each day, grounded in gratitude, integrity & lived experience.
My aim is to empower you to see that you do have a choice, even when it feels impossible to consider, helping others to move forward positively.
I support you with compassion, respect & unwavering support, guiding you to rebuild confidence, rediscover your worth & move forward with clarity & strength.
Everyone deserves a life of peace, purpose & happiness.
